A common barrier to sleep is having a hard time switching off from thoughts. The Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) in Australia provides a range of free, evidence-based self-help resources on sleep and worry that utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. Resources are also available for a range of other mental health and emotional concerns on the CCI website.
