We’re a nonprofit organization advancing public health through inclusive education, collaborative partnerships, and community-driven action.

Our Mission

  • Make health communication open and accessible
  • Bridge government, nonprofit, and private sectors
  • Empower students and advocates to turn science into change

Flagship Initiative: Sleep Awareness Month

Sleep is a public health issue — and a cultural one.

We lead Sleep Awareness Month and develop SleepLiteracy.org, a national hub for accessible, creative, and equitable sleep education.

Together with scientists, students, and storytellers, we’re building a movement to make sleep advocacy more powerful, more inclusive, and more effective.
